Your OTC benefit amount depends on your specific Medicare Advantage plan:
- UnitedHealthcare: $25–$200/quarter depending on plan tier
- Humana: $35–$175/quarter
- Aetna: $30–$150/quarter
- Anthem BCBS: $40–$200/quarter
- WellCare: $30–$125/quarter
- Cigna: $25–$100/quarter
- Molina: $50–$175/quarter
D-SNP (dual-eligible) plans typically offer higher amounts, sometimes $200–$480 per quarter.
How to Check Your Amount
Call the number on your member ID card, log into your plan's member portal, or check your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) document. Your quarterly allowance resets every 3 months and unused amounts do NOT roll over.
