Most Medicare Advantage OTC benefits cover non-prescription reading glasses:

Choosing the Right Strength
Start with +1.25 if you've never worn readers. Try reading a medicine bottle at arm's length. Go up in +0.25 increments until text is clear and comfortable. Visit your optometrist for personalized recommendations.
