• OTC Health Solutions: WellCare uses OTC Health Solutions as their fulfillment partner. You can order through the OTC Health Solutions website, by phone, or by mail
• Free shipping: All orders ship free to your home address. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days

Ordering Options

• Online: Visit the OTC Health Solutions website and log in with your WellCare member ID. Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and checkout. Your available balance is shown at the top
• By phone: Call OTC Health Solutions at the number listed in your WellCare member materials. Phone representatives can help you select products and place your order
