Most insurance plans offer an online portal where you can check your OTC balance instantly:
Call the number on the back of your OTC card. Have your member ID ready. Most plans have dedicated OTC benefit phone lines with shorter wait times.
When you use your OTC card at an eligible retailer, your receipt will show your remaining balance. You can also ask the pharmacist to check your balance before shopping.
